Eligibility for Return & Replacement
You may request a return or replacement if:

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

- Attach clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- Our team will respond within 24โ48 hours with next steps

Pickup & Reverse Logistics

- We will arrange pickup for eligible returns at no extra cost
- In some cases, you may be asked to ship the item to our nearest service center
- Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected

Refund Timeline

- Refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days after approval
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or XLite E-Wallet, based on your preference
